If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. We offer in-store returns, exchanges and vouchers under the following conditions:
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with tickets attached. If you return the goods despite these conditions, the purchase price will be refunded at additional cost.

For full price items, you are eligible for a full refund;

Full price items are eligible for refund, exchange or in-store credit;
SALE ITEMS
Items on sale or purchased during a flash sale/promotional promotion are only eligible for a credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE
Items marked "sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost;
PROMOCODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that reduces the price of the order (excluding our 10% welcome bonus) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
BAD
All swimwear must be fitted with underwear on, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned;
RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend that you try on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return items within the return period.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Hpguagua.com is not responsible for uncollected returns. We recommend returning items via registered or tracked mail services, as returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Hpguagua.com.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process returns daily, but it may take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you by receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service team at support@Hpguagua.com and include your order number and photos of the defect. We will then try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
